Marmox Boards make a perfect light-weight, waterproof backing material for use in bathroom & kitchen benchtops & countertops. With the correct installation methods, Marmox Boards are strong enough to support specialist tiled or concrete finishes, providing a durable, water damage resistant backing solution superior to standard backing solutions such as MDF.
Depending on the application, it is generally recommended to use 20mm – 40mm thick Marmox Board when working as a backing for countertops.
